Booking contract

The booking is confirmed only when the desk agrees time, place, duration, and fee in chat. Until that message exists, nothing is locked.

Fees and extras

The quoted fee covers the agreed time and the companion named in the confirmation. Long-distance outcall may add cab. Extra time is a new agreement, not an automatic extension. Do not assume acts that were never discussed.

Cancellations

Cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it. If the companion has already started travel, a travel fee may apply. No-shows after confirmation may be refused future bookings.

Client conduct

Treat the companion as a guest. No filming without consent. No extra guests unless booked. No threats, theft, or refusal to pay the agreed amount after the person has arrived as profiled. Drunken or abusive behaviour ends the meeting.

Companion and agency conduct

The person should match the locked profile to a reasonable degree. If she does not, contact the desk before starting the paid time. The companion may leave if she feels unsafe.

Hotels and residences

You are responsible for hotel rules. We cannot force a hotel to allow visitors. Choose a property that accepts guests if you want outcall.

Liability

We coordinate introductions and schedules. We are not liable for hotel refusals, traffic delays across Rishikesh, or personal disputes after a meeting that was delivered as booked. Indian law applies. Disputes are handled first through the booking desk.
